BOOKING CONDITIONS

The rentals will start at 4pm on the Saturday of arrival and finish at 10am on the Saturday of departure, it is in the interest of the clients to respect these times. At the moment of the booking a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The balance must be received by Italian Case not less than a month before holiday start date. Should the client have to cancel, he should inform us as soon as possible and the following cancellation fees will occur:

Under no circumstances should the number of persons for each villa exceed the number stated in the villas description, being adults or children, also no un-accepted animals should be introduced in the villa, otherwise Italian Case will have the right to expel the animal or extra persons, or cancel the booking without any refund.
